After the NJDEP receives documentation that you have met all ERT requirements, your ERT certification will be approved and the following 2 PDF files will be e-mailed to you:
An ERT certificate
ERT wallet-sized ID cards
These documents will have your name, ERT ID number, and ERT expiration date on them. Congratulations, they are well earned!
To Check Your Approval Status:
If you do not receive these documents within 1 week of completing and submitting all ERT requirements, first try checking the “Junk” or “Spam” folder in your e-mail account. If you do not find the documents there, please contact the Bureau of Mobile Sources at (609) 292-7953 or at firstname.lastname@example.org to check if we received all of your information and to verify that we have your correct e-mail address.
To Request a Duplicate Certificate and ID Cards:
If you would like to request that a duplicate approval e-mail with your certificate and ID cards be sent to you, please contact the Bureau of Mobile Sources at (609) 292-7953 or at email@example.com.
